Gourmet Dining Room to Open February 7 with Comfort Menu

The students are preparing their menus and practicing the dishes to serve in the Gourmet Dining Room this semester. Service begins February 7 and continues Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through April 19. The dining room will be closed March 6, 13-15.

Gourmet Dining Room to Open September 27

The Falll semester is underway and students are preparing menus for the upcoming season. The Gourmet Dining Room will be serving lunch every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from September 27 to November 22, with the exception of October 25. Lunch service begins at 12:00 noon. Call or use the online reservation form to request your reservation date.

Another successful semester

The Gourmet Dining Room is closed for the Spring semester. Thank you to everyone who dined with us. It was a great experience for the students and hopefully for all our patrons.

The Gourmet Dining Room will reopen in early October and we will be serving Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Reservations will be accepted, beginning in early September.

Gourmet Dining Room opens for lunch on February 1

The gourmet dining room will be serving lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning February 1. Advanced reservations are required and can be made by calling (608) 246-MENU or submitting the online form.

Closed for the Semester

Thank you to everyone who supported the Gourmet Dining Room this past semester. We hope you enjoyed your experience and will come back to see us in the spring.

The students worked hard and are now hard at work completing their classroom work and preparing for exams and the winter break. They'll be back, ready to serve you starting in February. We look forward to seeing you then.
